"Wow!! We had been with USAA for decades and never thought another provider could provide us with the customer service we had become accustomed to, not to mention the rates. It was an eye opener to learn that throughout our tenure with USAA no one reviewed our coverage and as it turned out we were underinsured based on today's environment (meaning the cost of new cars if God forbid we had an accident and the quick to 'sue you" movement). Phil and the team did a quality needs analysis and determined that we needed more liability coverage and explains in detail just how it really worked. We walked away feeling empowered and confident that if we were in an accident we would be well insured.
